Our family's love for seafood and a desire to teach our kids about business lead us down a path to owning a seafood and catering company.
For the past 20 years Jeff has been buying crabs from local vendors, steaming for himself, family, friends and on many occasions parties for others. His passion for food, love for seafood seemed a natural choice when his brother Jim and his Son Scott expressed interest in turning this passion into a business.
Our first year has been great so far. We have established a wonderful client base who have enjoyed the quality live crabs we bring to market as well as the frozen shrimp and softshell crabs we offer. We are fortunate to have now expanded into the catering side of the business and are excited to see the business continue to grow.
From the start our goal was to set ourselves apart from the competition by making sure our seafood is always kept temperature appropriate in a refrigerated unit. Most roadside vendors use ice to keep their seafood cold but this wasn't good enough for us, spending the extra money has created a little niche for us, we are the only vendor we know of that uses a refrigerated trailer that runs the entire time there is seafood on board.
We only sell the best, our crabs are Eastern Shore MD Blue crabs caught fresh and always kept refrigerated. Like all of our seafood, freshness, quality and safety keeps our customers coming back! There is no sweeter crab than an Eastern Shore Crab.
